The top right metal tab fell out on the third use and is riding on a cord. I don't think this can be easily fixed. Leather doesn't stretch as easily as it used to when I've bought them over the years. I think I'll have to buy the wide ones here maybe a size and a half bigger. From a functional point of view, this is a pretty good shoe. Good traction. When companies produce overseas, they rely on factories coming and going, leather quality changing, and ups and downs.
