Dirty balloons make good party favors

These decorations were great but I used balloons and found they smelled funny and had a powdery texture when inflated. I didn't think about it until I took them off and blew them off. All balloons were black and dirty. And then when I looked at my wall, it was all black dirty stuff. I had to scrub the wall for 20 minutes to make it look normal. So it wasn't very good, plus it scared me that I had all these disgusting balls in my mouth...
