The product claims a lifetime warranty. One of my screen protectors didn't stick at any point and it looks like there was no adhesive at that point to begin with. I emailed support and they said to check out their introductory videos (which I already have as it's the second one I'm using on my second iPad). I explained that a patch of glue was missing and they refused to offer any further help. Rude customer service. I think I received a faulty screen protector and as they have refused to help I do not recommend this to anyone because if you have a problem like mine you will not get any help. 0/5
