Love the bag. The only problem is that even after a month of use, the stitching on the handle has already come undone. Not much weight, just books and papers. I still think it's a good bag. The shoulder strap is very comfortable. I'm a bit disappointed with the handle. Update on my review: Even 24 hours after posting my original review, I was contacted by the company and they offered to send me a new bag for free. They stand behind their product and make it right for you as a customer. That's great service. I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for this product.
