I love this bassinet. Easy assembly and good quality. I like that the wheels lock and that there is a twist mechanism to adjust the height rather than pushing a button and pushing up. It was easy to set up after the baby was brought home. It also comes with a strap to attach to the bed, but I didn't have to use it as the caster locks lock in really well. I bought it mainly to cover the mosquito net and keep my cats out of the baby area. It definitely helps, but isn't reliable in that area. As you can see there are multiple holes at the top from the first day I put it in my room. My cat jumped and made some small holes. When does the cat jump? The network bends and does little to stop it. It's made for bugs, not cats, so I don't expect it to be good at that. After the first jump, curiosity is gone and cats no longer jump from above. It helps me feel better knowing the baby is in its own little bubble. We've also had a lot of mosquitoes in the house lately and one night we had a swarm of termites. I'm SO HAPPY to have this for cats because it works great for bugs too lol (made it for bugs!). For my first two children, I chose to use a crib instead of a bassinet. I am so happy I made the decision to purchase a bassinet this year and wish I was the first. The bottom is great for helping baby not stay in bed with me. It's a lot easier to put them back in place because I don't have to get out of bed and can just slide them in. . Excellent durable materials have been used and I stand by this product 100%.
