Fits 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid

Fits 2008 Escape Hybrid as a cabin air filter (under the hood near the passenger side windshield). It's quite simple and the right size. I can't comment on efficiency as there are no specific standards for these things. The filter doesn't have an indicator showing which side is up, but due to its odd shape, this isn't a problem in my car.
