These connectors are amazing. I standardized all of my ham radio performance to use. With a good crimping tool they provide excellent contact and allow you to mix wires of different gauges in different combinations. You'll need 15A or 45A pins to use them with larger or smaller wires, but they work with the same housings you get here and are interchangeable if you want to wire them together. Color coding allows you to connect them together in a consistent orientation, so you can't reverse polarity. This kit was a great value compared to my purchases. I've ordered them twice. The kit does not come with pins to secure the connectors, but I had no trouble unplugging the connectors. If I did I would just use a drop of super glue. In one case I wanted the connectors to be securely connected in the car's dashboard. I found that the pin holes can be used to hold them together with a little zipper. I highly recommend this product and am happy with the price.
