When I first received this in early December I willingly switched to this cable. But after comparing the charging speed between this and my regular USB-C/USB cable, I found that this cable was over 30% slower. Although I was annoyed by this, it wasn't worth returning so I kept using it as I'm not in a hurry and my Note 9 charges quickly right from the start. However, it has now been less than a month since I started using it daily (about 2-3 hours a day on average) and it has already died. No matter what source it's plugged into, it won't charge. It just says my phone is connected via USB. And my phone still charges when I use a different charger. I will not be a repeat customer and I suggest you find a better cable.
