Don't have anything in cleaning tools

I don't know what I expected from this broom. I have a dog that sheds on carpets. I've run the broom over the area with pet hair a few times and this broom didn't pick up any of it, maybe 2 or 3 hairs. I tried using a mop on my glass storm door and it just ruined the liquid. Really useless.
