I love how easy it is to turn the phone on and off. The phone is locked tight. how tight are you asking The phone fell off while driving on a bumpy road. I was very surprised when the mount was released, but it wasn't. The phone fell apart. The mount attached directly to the phone because I don't like extra cases on my phone. The back/battery cover was still attached to the mount, but the rest of the phone was on the floor (and then my rear wheel overturned). So this mount is stronger than a phone. The company advises against plugging it directly into the phone. It wasn't the reason I gave, but it's worth considering.
