The hardware itself works fine, but Ooma's services are far from acceptable for business applications. I have had Ooma at home for many years, so I know her well. It wasn't difficult for me to go with them for my startup. I assumed the complaints were coming from people who didn't understand VoIP technology or how it worked or something. NOT CORRECT! While I'm happy with home service, I route almost every transferred call through business services. That makes it a complete waste of my money. I can confidently make calls with it, but I get it randomly. I think look elsewhere. To add fuel to the fire, I received calls from OOMA! For real? Do you call your customers to sell them your product? stupid. I am disappointed that this company seems to be run by people over their heads.
