We have been using Ooma Office for about 18 months and have had great success. We use Lynx modules for all extensions and most of the time it's a virtual admin unless we have someone on reception to answer the phone. You can easily switch between calls at office.ooma.com. Excellent system. Our business is very small so not sure if it's worth the monthly fee but we like the quality of the receptionist who picks up the phone when you call. It is designed so that you can buy multiple accounts/extensions. So if you only have one main phone, it's probably a waste of money.
