Horrible Hair Care good for styling tools and implements
They are so uncomfortable and as they are short they sit right on your shoulders and the tips are sharp. I couldn't move without getting stung a million times. They hurt, don't bend, and don't form cute curls! I bought it hoping to get a spiral perm and instead they gave me dreadlock-like beachy waves. I'm just saying they don't cost a penny. Spend a dollar or two more and get good ones!
