They have great arch support, obviously just what I needed. I now have four different levels of arch support in four different pairs of shoes and my foot pain is completely gone! They are stylish and incredibly comfortable - I have an indoor kit and an outdoor kit! Users should be aware that the upper of this shoe is actually made from a sock-like material (albeit potentially more durable). I use separate socks in it. I've noticed, um, that with prolonged heavy use, the sweat from my feet can seep through my regular socks and onto the material of the shoe. I hand wash them often and that saves me from worry. Just be aware that they may need to be washed more often than other shoes. But - they are great and I would buy them again if I needed another pair!
