Look it over good - my new review

I had only worn this 5 or 6 times and realized the bill is cracked under the fabric. If I had realized this sooner I would have sent it back to the seller within 30 days. Since realizing the defect I have started a warranty claim for the lifetime warranty they advertise but have not heard anything back.Here is an update: I re-sent the claim into Stormy Kromer and they have since contacted me and are sending a new hat. It sounds like maybe they didn't get the original email about the defect. For that reason I have updated the review to 5 stars.

Absolutely love this hat. It’s warm and comfortable. This is my second one I’ve purchased. The quality is great, these hats are very durable and well constructed. Pro tip be sure to go to YouTube and look up how to accurately measure your head on the Stormy Kromer video.
