A few things to mention if you're buying one: Try printing on the LOWEST setting first. I would also try heating on the lowest setting first. The setting from there looks like it's double the minimum setting, so try the lowest setting first! I didn't and it was too much pressure on a medium setting for my calves (but it might be perfect for someone else on that setting). I also made the mistake of wrapping it too tight. (I've copied their advice below, which I found after thinking I might want to read the manual.) My calves will shrink so much I can't walk at all while they're performing. It helps my calves so much that they are actually starting to look normal now because the knots are loosening and melting with use.
