Great for reading PDFs online without downloading them
Finereader is very well organized, easy to use with lots of options to help you make the most out of your workflow. I have been using this program since it came out, maybe 6 years now or so and there are still things that I don't know how to do. There are always improvements being made but not as fast as we would like. However, they tend to be fairly good about these updates and enhancements so you should at least look into it. Not much to say, it really does just what is says - reads pdf files. The benefits of doing so are many, especially if you need to submit forms or other paperwork.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Good price point (cheaper than Adobe)
- User friendly software makes life easier; less work involved.
- Can also convert image data within pdfs which comes in handy when dealing more complex documents where text isn’t readily identifiable by itself alone without an accompanying picture
