Fits comfortably and securely around the wrist. The fabric isn't scratchy or rough, so it's still comfortable even after hours of wear. Two silver metal strips are sewn to the sides of the bandage and I think they add strength to the bandage. The straps flex so they don't cut your wrist at all. I wear them for support during yoga sessions and they feel so good like someone is grabbing your wrist and giving you that bit of strength and stability you need to get the poses right. After multiple uses (i.e. opening and closing the velcro many times) the foam still looks smooth and intact so I think the quality of the fabric is really good. Oh, also the fabric seems to be quite breathable. I wear a bandage for hours, but I don't feel any discomfort
