The customer support team are very helpful when you have any questions or issues with your account! They really do go above & beyond to help their customers out as much they can which makes me feel like I am valued by them at all times - even if it's just in general chat conversations etc where there isn't an issue being resolved but simply chatting about life/work experiences / future goals etc (which of course helps my career too). It would be great that we could see more historical data points so sometimes its difficult knowing what exactly our sales performance has been over time without having access to this information via reports within acmE insight itself. You should try using ACM E insights once because after trying other similar tools such as Sage 50 Retail Solution i realised how easy managing stock levels was through AIMS system vs manual entry from excel spreadsheets!!
