The ease of use, being able to create multiple sheets in one form is very helpful when you need more than 1 sheet per survey. I like that it's easy enough anyone can figure out how to do most things without asking questions if they have any issues or concerns at all. As long as someone knows what their doing there should be no problems using gravithets. Just make sure your aware of the differences between each type so you dont get confused over which one to choose. It was easier to track my leads since i could see where people were coming from instead of just having them fill out an email address then waiting days before seeing anything happen. Also we love knowing exactly who filled our surveys versus other companies who sometimes send us emails saying "We received 20 responses". With gravitytheshipts its nice to know right away wether or not those are real results because once you add up your numbers across many months/years it becomes hard to tell.
