I love the ease of use, ability to customize it and even set up recurring payments. It's easy to integrate with other programs like QuickBooks. Support is top notch - they are always quick to respond and helpful. The reporting feature could be more robust (but that's nitpicking). The ease of use, being able to create multiple sheets in one form is very helpful when you need more than 1 sheet per survey. I like that it's easy enough anyone can figure out how to do most things without asking questions if they have any issues or concerns at all. As long as someone knows what their doing there should be no problems using gravithets. Easy to use, has all of my shift sheets ready in just a few minutes. I have been using it since they first launched their product, and never really had any issues until now - when we realized that our customers were not able to print their reports/reports as intended. The system is great, but needs some additional options/customizations if you want more than what was available at launch (for example, ability to save custom fields or other modifications). I like that it is easy to add in new fields, as well as update existing ones; plus you can use gravity forms too which makes things easier when collecting data (especially if its long surveys). It is an easy way to create shift schedules, it's very intuitive once you get used tooit (which I did by reading documentation). The only thing that could be improved would probably include more customization options when creating custom fields or adding new functionality as well - maybe in future updates? I like that they have an option to choose which sheets you want your customers fill out, and then it will automatically be sent back once completed (or not). It's great because we can customize our forms so easily without having too many options or pages of questions.
