The ability to customize it as per my needs is one of its best features (easy-to use, no more confusion). I used their free version which was helpful in getting acquainted with all aspects involved such us creating forms etc., but eventually after having some clients i decided that paid product would be better suited given what we needed & how much work they do/charge compared to price differences if at least 1 or 2 months are left before payment date. Creating custom reports using data retrieved form their website analytics tool called "Gravity". Its easy enought for anyone who knows basic computer skills like Microsoft Excel / Access Database management system - even without any prior experience you can easily learn these tools by referring them through articles available online via Google search engine results page itself. It's good platform where your customers will appreciate knowing about new products released along other companies' services/products so there wont ever arises.
