Whole edible protein powder is hard to find. However, this one is coming. The chocolate is tolerable and not overpowering. I didn't notice much change in the texture or quality of the chalk. You will mix it well with milk alone or in a smoothie with other ingredients. I haven't tried it with water because I find protein powder tastes bad in water. It's great to mix with banana and peanut butter in a smoothie. The banana adds nice texture and the peanut butter adds nice flavor.
