True to size and holding up very well. I bought it as a placeholder during my pregnancy and it's so beautiful I still wear it in place of my wedding ring. It's been about three months and still in great shape. No rust, a few scratches (I never take them off) but that's to be expected and still no missing jams. The finger does not turn green and is very durable. Overall great quality and super great price.
