I like how easy it is for my coworkers & me to submit ideas together (vs having to email each other). Also, the ability to comment/like or dislike an idea makes it really effective at keeping track of what we're working on as well! There's not much I don't like about this tool - it works very well. My only suggestion would be allowing people more freedom in their commenting so there are less "upvotes" but still have them count somehow. We've been using it since our first day with new hires and everyone loves it. It helps keep us moving forward and allows new people to learn quickly without feeling overwhelmed by all of the tasks to do.
