They are somewhat disappointing and NOT fire resistant. Easy to ignite with a long lighter. It took less than a minute to inflate and float and it looked cool. Until it caught fire and fell back to the ground. I bought them to add to my mother's ashes which we plan to post during a service later this month. We'll be on the highest point in town, overlooking the big river, so I'm not worried about them starting a forest fire. But really. My mother's ashes will be on it. And the thought of one of them falling back on the ground gives me a panic attack. I have previously bought different varieties to try and was amazed by the colors. My mother wanted to travel the world but she was too ill and she liked the colors. I thought these would be perfect. I will try a few more of this set though. A way to make grief even more painful.
