I received this French Press about a week ago and am very impressed so far. First, how it works. That thing looks like a tank. It's heavy and solid. If I expect anything in my kitchen to survive the apocalypse, this will be it. The piston is also dirty. So far no indication of problems. How easy it is to use. This is a French bank so I hope it will be easy and it was. It takes a little force to push the plunger, but it's well and good. Either way, you're not going to rush him quickly. This French press made good coffee (it helps, I use high quality Colombian coffee). Finally, something about cleaning, so simple. It took me less than a few minutes to clean it properly. I will continue to use this french press because I love coffee and will update this review if anything changes. So far I'm very happy with this purchase.
