Very good quality and moreover I have not yet had to charge it when I unpacked it, although I have used it almost every day for a month. A few minor complaints that I hope will be fixed in an updated version: 1. There is no counterbalance in this keyboard. If you put the tab on an unstable surface (sofa or other pillow), it will fall on your back. When it's on a flat surface like a table it's fine, very sturdy but I'm not always at the table and would like to have it on the couch without fear of it falling and breaking when I'm away. 2. This is a Bluetooth keyboard, so sometimes mouse movements on the trackpad are not registered the first time. I know this is not an easy decision, this is to let other buyers unfamiliar with Bluetooth keyboards know. If you're looking for a faster experience, you might want to consider getting a physical mouse. Overall it's a good keyboard, it was very comfortable to have, and it seems to be a lot better than the Type Cover that Microsoft sells. Although I do wish there was some sort of case attached that could protect the keyboard when using the Surface in tablet mode.
