I liked it at first but after I met him it came back

I liked it at first but again. THE GOOD: The Surface Pro 7 feels like a laptop with this keyboard. It adds a lot more weight to the Surface Pro 7 than the Signature Type lid, but its thickness, weight, and quieter and softer, rather than mushy, key travel make a big difference. It feels solid. It feels *comfortable*. Its recliner cushion is great. THE BAD: (1) It's basically a glorified BT keyboard. The price is amazing, especially since Brydge isn't using the latest version of BT. Initial…

Smooth and beautiful

I love this product. I'm so impressed with the fit and finish that I'm writing this review just minutes after opening it. The key trip is wonderful. For work, I only use Lenovo ThinkPad laptops, which are said to be the best keyboards in the business. Key travel is a bit shorter on this keyboard, but the switches are just as crisp and give positive tactile feedback. The touchpad is the perfect size; big enough to be comfortable but small enough that I don't get false touches at the base of my…

I had my doubts beforehand, but it worked great!

I've read some bad reviews about the Brydge iPad Pro version of the keyboard case so I was skeptical. But this one for the Surface Pro blew my mind and exceeded my expectations. I wanted a position where I could work on the couch or lying in bed. The backlit keys are also positive. I can absolutely recommend this product. If anything goes wrong, like the hinge breaking out of the blue, my post will be updated.

The best Windows keyboard and touchpad I've ever tried!

It takes a lot to impress me enough to write a review, but this keyboard did the trick. I've already had stings from spending so much just for a keyboard and touchpad and I feared the worst, especially after seeing a negative YouTube review! (If you're using this product with Surface Pro as intended, make sure you've fully updated your drivers, and even google for the Marvell network driver issue that can cause mouse stuttering and lag.) Aside from the errors Microsoft might create you - it's…

Very disappointing.

I bought this to turn my Surface Pro 6 into a sort of "laptop" to get some work done while sitting or lying on the couch. It's definitely solid and does the job of holding the Surface upright like a regular laptop. Unfortunately, the performance is not very good. While the keyboard is okay, the trackpad is sluggish. Cursor movement is jerky and very noticeable to any user. I contacted support and they suggested disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth device. I've done this a few times and…

Might break your screen

When I tried to remove my surface by following the instructions and pulling on the hinges, the hinge shattered the glass on my surface. Yes, loops are safe, no, they shouldn't. I'm sad because this product works great and is a great addition, but if you REMOVE your surface from your keyboard FREQUENTLY, stay away.

Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

Those of us who own Microsoft Surface tablets love and hate them. We love them because they are powerful, thin, light and comfortable to use. We hate them because they're not exactly laptops, even with the snap-on MS keyboard cover. The stand idea sounds good on paper, but how many of us really use tablets as tablets rather than dedicated laptops? Without a keyboard, you're effectively wasting 80% of Surface's power. Just buy an iPad if you only need a tablet. You will be satisfied with it just

Pretty good: Computers and accessories

Very good quality and moreover I have not yet had to charge it when I unpacked it, although I have used it almost every day for a month. A few minor complaints that I hope will be fixed in an updated version: 1. There is no counterbalance in this keyboard. If you put the tab on an unstable surface (sofa or other pillow), it will fall on your back. When it's on a flat surface like a table it's fine, very sturdy but I'm not always at the table and would like to have it on the couch without fear…

WARNING: Cracked screen on my brand new Surface Pro 7!

At first I was happy with this purchase. The keyboard and trackpad work well, and the hinges feel solid and adjust to any angle. Unlike the MS version, it works fine in my lap where I use it. HOWEVER, yesterday when I unplugged the Surface from the keyboard - carefully following the instructions, one loop at a time - the SCREEN of my new $2000 Surface Pro broke! Needless to say I am very unhappy. The crack started in the corner, but a day later it spread to the entire screen. Since I don't have
