Review on Janome Memory Craft Horizon 8200 QCP Special Edition Computerized Sewing Machine with Black Roller Accessory Trolley Case, Semi-Hard Cover, and More! by Carla Anderson

I hate this machine because when I took it out of the box I could NOT thread it with a needle threader! I tried for about 3 hours. Then I went to a neighbor with many years of sewing experience, who gave up after about an hour of trying and sewed the thread by hand. This is the fourth sewing machine I've bought and used so I'm not a beginner. When I asked the chat for help, I was directed to an online service that I had to pay to get help! I was ready to scream when I found out my BRAND NEW Janome IS NOT WORKING and I CANNOT get A FREE warranty claimant to help me! Can I say this is a NO for a car that costs over $2,000? If this is some kind of "SERVICE" that Janome offers, don't I call it a SERVICE? If this is not fixed I will be telling ALL my friends NOT to buy the Janome period!
