I'll start by saying I'm an experienced cook with considerable training. I bought the "CU-Cart Maple Cucina Culinart" kitchen trolley for home use in July 2020. with great expectations. I love the cart. but there is a serious problem with the board. Added to this was the distorted, constant struggle to keep the top shelf flush with the supposedly flat board. Well, not like that - the board is certainly not flat, but now it is. even more twisted. I have taken every precaution and care for the board to ensure no water gets onto the board and have been conscientious about using your special oil and wax. Now the problems are even bigger, even worse than I could have imagined. Significant cracks/crevices and deep gouges/grooves on the back made it unusable to cut food on it and sanitize it for health reasons. I would not recommend this product to any of my chefs.
