Glass, non-plastic drinking vessels

I have made it my mission to get rid of plastic in my kitchen. This portion is perfect and I will only use it for ice tea. So I can't say I've used it on my stove. I wouldn't let the kids spill out. It's not heavy glass, and I have a granite counter, so I place it very carefully. Not to say that it breaks easily. But I would buy this item again.
