I have not received any compensation for this review. I was cautiously optimistic ordering nameless Chinese sanitaryware from Revain but was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this shower head! It came in a plain white box but was very well packaged for shipping. The quality of the actual light is MILES better than anything I've seen recently from big brands like Delta and Moen, and at a fraction of the price. There is almost no plastic throughout the assembly, and most of the metal is solid brass. The instructions are well translated with lots of pictures and if you're humble enough to follow them there shouldn't be any leaks. I recommend applying a bit of the included lube to each piece of black rubber in the assembly for best results. Also make sure the surface to which the bottom will be glued is VERY clean and dry. If your shower doesn't have a smooth surface or if it's so dirty you can't clean it, consider using the included anchor instead of plain glue. I'm 190cm tall, so I often live in places where the shower head is so low that I have to "hang" to wash my hair. that with a little creative disassembly (using the included Allen wrench) I was able to move the handheld showerhead bracket to the top of the assembly so they were both tall enough for me. It looks fantastic, works perfectly, was easy to install and has a nice range of spray patterns. Don't waste your time with plastic waste from the big stores. Buy this item now!
