I really wasn't sure when I bought it as I wasn't sure of the quality I was going to get at this price but I shouldn't have worried. Very long impressive range of 1200 yards. Compared to my old 650 yard model, this one also has a scan mode. It has a 7x zoom function that can help you get closer to your goal. Accuracy was on par with more expensive rangefinders, and the vibration when grabbing the flag was a plus. I also like the auto shut off - as playing on my home field can create multiple holes between uses, which saves battery life. Out of the box it looks great with quality build and looks great too. This range finder comes with a very nice carry case that is safe. It took me a while to understand how to use this device, but after some practice I can use it on any hole! By the way, the instruction manual is not very helpful, so I ask the seller for help. They responded quickly and provided me with an updated version of the user guide, which is a big improvement over the old version.
