The interface is very simple to use, so if you're new at using it there's no complicated training required just get in touch via support page or twitter! I would like more detailed bug reports when creating tickets instead having them appear as "Bug Report" which isn't really helpful enough info/details about what exactly was done that caused this issue etc.. It seems they are looking into updating their product but we have currently stopped development while waiting until then unfortunately because our business relies heavily upon its functionality - If updates do occur though please keep us posted regarding same!!
