I really wanted this flashlight. Pros: It has a long (over 3 feet) cord that places a 4 button control on the bottom of my computer's display. You can use the buttons to quickly change the color and brightness of the light. The light is powered via a free USB port. I was pleased with how much easier it was to type by placing the backlight right on the keyboard. Cons: (1) The lamp is FIRMLY attached to the back of the display with a rubber adhesive pad. Once connected, expect some effort to use it on another display in the future. Without the use of glue, the light cannot be optimally positioned. I didn't want to use glue; This directed the light upwards far enough to be blinded by the now visible LEDs. (2) Build quality is good, plastic bracket, hinge and LED housing feel weak. I was very afraid of breaking the bracket when inserting the LED housing. Overall, this flashlight is a cheaper alternative to either of the two Benq models.
