My daughter loves this bag! She's been using it for almost two months now and she's found it to be a great bag for school books, not a backpack. However, I think that due to the weight, due to the many heavy books she is carrying in it, the straps will break and the bag will need to be replaced. Again, I really think it was because she was carrying too many items and things that were too heavy. The price is great so I'm not worried about exchanging it when the time comes.
