They took it to a locksmith. Cannot be programmed
The car I bought came with a valet key only. This means I couldn't follow the instructions on how to put the key in the ignition and unlock the doors in sequence. I got it from a very reputable locksmith in my area and after trying to program it for 20 minutes the program didn't work. The key works fine but the chip inside just doesn't want to be programmed as it's not real.
