This fits my little boogie board - I cycle across town to get to the train that takes me to the beach and used a bungee cord net to secure my boogie board -Holding Woogie board on my back it didn't work very well. Sometimes it would fall out of the cables, other times I'd just hold the boogie board under my arm and ride my bike one-handed through morning NYC traffic (not the safest). Although this is designed for a full size surfboard, I'm happy to report that you can tighten it just enough to fit a small boogie board and ride it more safely.
