Not good enough for my need.

Bulky - Shows easily if your shirt isn’t aligned. Looks like bumps on shoulders. And still a little slidey. Don’t use them much.

Pros

Helps to prevent bra straps from digging into skin

Cons

May not provide enough cushioning for some users

They worked at first and I got excited. But then they fell out when I was doing thins like yard work i.e. bending over and moving around a lot. Bummer. I hate bras and bra straps.
