This bag looks really high quality. Durable fabric. Very good! The zippers open so easily that they don't bind at all. This is a large bag with lots of pockets and places for your belongings! I gave 4/5 because of two points. 1) The straps are made of silky fabric, so the buckles don't hold onto them very well, so the backpack doesn't sit well on your back. And 2) it is written to fit your laptop. But if it is less than 10 inch, it will NOT fit your laptop. I could put my 13 inch MacBook Air in it, but I couldn't close it. I will be returning mine but only because I need a backpack that fits my laptop. If I hadn't been looking for a bag for a specific reason, I would happily keep this bag! But December is expensive.
