This toner cartridge has a yield of 1100 pages and at the moment I have 1422 pages from it and it's only giving me now a low toner notification (still prints, just some light). Yes, it's expensive, but that's the nature of the beast when it comes to toner. You get what you pay for. If you need a good supply of toner, invest in a well-known brand. It's even more economical than my old inkjet printer, which I had to buy ink for every time because it dried before I used it, so I actually waste less because there's no waste. I switched to a tonic to avoid this problem and I haven't looked back one bit.
