Although they show they can extend down the arm, the extra large size barely reaches my wrist bone. I find the picture to be very misleading in terms of length, although in fairness to say they appear sturdy and the extra large ones feel loose on my hands, but then again they definitely don't reach my wrist - so I have Bought them from First for that extra protection when cleaning really dirty items, otherwise I might use the medical ones I bought from Costco.
