I installed one of these on my Subaru WRX and one on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. In both cases, the plugs are tight and stay in place. I haven't tried them in any American or European cars, but I suspect the plug sizes are about the same. If they're too loose, a piece of tape around the inner connector should fix the problem. The plugs are made of anodized aluminum and have a rubber O-ring at the end to hold them in place. The text is easy to read and since I don't use a 12v socket it's a nice little interior accessory that can help reduce road clutter, if only a little. did someone just cut you shoot rockets at them. Simply pressing the (firm) button at least makes you feel a little better. Some pointless thing other than the fact that it doesn't let dust into the socket. It's easy to remove if needed, so it's not a permanent installation. Just a fun accessory and if you only have one vehicle you can give another to a friend. Makes a fun gift.
