Thick and elastic leather. Space to store various cards and more space for money/receipts. There are also pockets on both sides. Very heavy metal zipper that closes easily without snagging. Simply great quality overall! No room for loose change, but that doesn't detract from how awesome this wallet is. I have a case on my Samsung Galaxy Note phone so it won't fit in my wallet when it's full of cards, but it definitely fits when I take the case off the phone. , or some of the maps. However, I didn't buy it to take my phone with me. I bought it to easily find the map I wanted to use. I will definitely buy again!
