I bought the RU41B4G-1T system on 05/21/17. I installed and ran it in two days and it took me a while since I'm over 60 years old. Very good video and several options available (play, zoom, etc.). The software was an issue at first, but patience (and a few cups of coffee) got the better of me. I think the money was well spent. Hope it works for a few more years! July 5, 2017 The system crashed a few times, but a little patience and troubleshooting did the trick. Still works great! 08/23/2017 - Still working perfectly! September 5, 2017 - The system disables the HDMI port about once a month. I learned to unplug, count to ten, and then plug back in to fix the problem. The rest is still very satisfied.October. February 30, 2017 - Downloaded updated software (pretty easy) 1 1/2 months ago. 5+ months 24/7 monitoring. Now no problem. STILL very satisfied. 02/14/2018 - Still working fine. September 29, 2018 - Everything is fine. The NVR no longer disables the HDMI port after a software update a few months ago. Online 24/7 for over a year with no problems.
