Review on LEONLITE by Luis Despain

As someone who has made multiple purchases from LEONLITE, including lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, I feel obligated to state that I have been very dissatisfied with the quality of their products. However, despite the fact that they have a large selection of products available for purchase on their website, the quality of those products leaves much to be desired. For instance, I installed a new LED flush mount light that I had purchased for my kitchen, and a few weeks after doing so, the light began flickering. My request for assistance from their customer service team was met with a service that was both sluggish and unresponsive, which resulted in the product that I purchased being defective. In addition, despite the fact that detailed instructions are supplied, the process of installing some of their products can be difficult and puzzling for the customer. Because of this, the whole process became cumbersome and unnecessary in terms of its level of complexity. Furthermore, despite the fact that their website is simple to traverse, I discovered that the prices for their products were quite high in comparison to the prices offered by other online stores. This is disappointing considering the quality of the products that they sell. My interactions with LEONLITE have been unimpressive on the whole, and as a result, I cannot and will not recommend their products to anyone. Due to the subpar quality, the slow customer service, and the high prices, I have decided that it is not worth the hassle to do business with this company for my home improvement requirements. I will be looking elsewhere.
