I love this! I have fibromyalgia and working out to lose my mommy pooch is hard. I got this knowing that it's not meant to worn as a corset or to fit as one. It's meant to worn as a tank top and to be worn under t-shirts. I absolutely love it because it makes me sweat where I need to and so the days that I know I'll be doing lots of housework I can put this on and it helps me fight off some of that pooch! I also use it when I go to the gym to use the elliptical and omg it's amazing. Normally I'm so grossed out while I workout because I can feel all the sweat trickling down the back of my neck and from my underboobs but with this vest it soaks it all up and I feel dry the entire time! I do have a hard time getting it off afterwards but my hubby helps me slip out of it and his reaction is priceless. He is completely baffled at the fact that it is completely soaked in sweat but I'm not and that I have no idea how sweaty it is while I'm wearing it! I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to lose weight and hates to feel sweaty. I already have lost 2.6 lbs from wearing it 3 times a week for the last 2 weeks!
