Benefits. Good price. The sound in the headphones is good. Fits easily in a dirt bike helmet. minuses. Passengers with robust headphones complained that the voice microphone was too loud. My voice was too loud and they could hear the motorbike engine during the broadcast. The final connectors from radio to radio and steering wheel knob are not quick to disconnect and will take some time to undo if you are in a hurry.
