Includes EVERYTHING (hardware, screws, nuts for wiring, lightweight glass dome). If that's all you need, great! If not, you can go to Lowe's and buy that exact shade (shade only) for $7. It's ok if you only need one. However, if you move to the trash in a house where all the blinds are broken (and you have to replace all 5), "everything" becomes a $20 junk box.
